Aimable SADIKI is the Deputy Coordinator in Charge of Operations and Finance. SADIKI is an experienced hospitality and tourism professional with over 23 years of expertise in finance and hospitality. Sadiki joined FHA in January 2021 as its Operations Manager, a role that developed his skills in management and administration. He was appointed Deputy Coordinator in Charge of Operations and Finance in April 2026. Sadiki leads the annual budgeting process, oversees financial management, and ensures the delivery of high-quality hospitality services for researchers, students, and tourists. Sadiki is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Shinehouse Gishwati Research Station and the Forest of Hope Guest House. He also contributes to strategic planning, fundraising, staff administration, and Different partners engagement while working closely with the FHA Coordinator to advance conservation, and sustainable tourism initiatives in and around Gishwati-Mukura National Park.
