Forest of Hope Association is happy to announce the recognition of efforts of Madeleine Nyiratuza, President of Forest of Hope Association, to save the Gishwati-Mukura National Park.

Nyiratuza’s show has three pieces talking about the importance of saving forests, especially the Gishwati-Mukura National Park; the role of the community in forest protection, the importance of community education; and why local people need incentives to help save the forests.
