Our Vision:
FHA’s vision is for communities living around the Gishwati Forest and other protected areas to have a sense of ownership and responsibility for their management.

Our Objectives:
i) Sensitize local people about the importance of conserving the Gishwati Forest;

ii) Improve local livelihoods through income generation and capacity building;

iii) Reduce conflicts between local people and the forest;

iv) Facilitate research on Gishwati Forest
