Thierry Aimable INZIRAYINEZA is the National Coordinator of Forest of Hope Association (FHA). Since 2012, Thierry oversees all aspects of day-to-day FHA operations, and plays a critical role in conservation of Gishwati Natural Forest, part of the Gishwati-Mukura National Park, the youngest park in Rwanda. Orienting the forest protection is the most fundamental aspect of his work as the Coordinator and facilitate the work of many researchers to study the biodiversity of Gishwati. He also leads the community engagement programs for people living around Gishwati Natural Forest, providing critical support for the many environmental clubs in local schools and supporting cooperatives around the forest to improve their livelihoods. Thierry hold a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a focus on botany and biodiversity conservation from National University of Rwanda.
